To the editor:

Greed is overtaking the Mount Washington Valley and families are being seriously neglected. Children grow up, leave for college only to never return. Few can find housing as rich out-of-staters and real estate speculators are buying up residential homes for short-term rentals at an alarming rate. Businesses can’t find workers, and wages are low. School enrollment continues to shrink. Property taxes and fees increases are hurting working families.
