To the editor:

In his June 14 letter to the Sun, Rep. John MacDonald (R-Wolfeboro) wrote, “The Winnipesaukee Republicans held a town hall forum concerning the proposed New Hampshire State Budget … Both Republican and Democrat viewpoints were presented.” While there is something true about these lines, it’s actually not quite the truth. As a forum attendee, I had a different sense of what took place in Wolfeboro — and the event wasn’t fair.
