To the editor:

I pay for things in cash, or at least I used to. I used to put three quarters in a bin and I was good to go on N.H. highways. Those days are gone. I went up to a wedding recently and found that I couldn't pay cash to get through three of the tolls.

Exactly. Welcome to the modern economy. NH doesn’t even run the toll collection system. It’s the nightmare that has become EX Pass who are practically criminals at this point.
