To the editor:

I decided to go on vacation and calm down before I wrote this letter. The problem began at the public hearing for Davis Park on limiting summer beach access for dogs and became limiting summer park access hours for the whole 5-acre site. While on vacation I saw a sign that read “Even the grinch had a dog ... So if you don’t like dogs ... that says a lot about you.”
