Recent reporting revealed a leaked Signal chat involving Rep. Kristin Noble (R-Bedford), chair of the House Education Policy and Administration Committee. The controversy did not arise from ambiguity but from clarity.
Once again, a Democrat has taken an "opportunity" to take a quote out of the context of an entire discussion for the purpose of castigating that person as a racist.
So here's the thing: you don't own the English language, nor do you get to decide its narrow application.
In its context, it was a perfectly proper use of the word "segregation". Just because you don't like the word, because of one overly used reference, doesn't mean you can't apply it to today's context of political segregation being exercised at academic institutions.
It's not "culture war outrage", it's facing the reality of what has become of our academic institutions. Some of which have openly practiced segregation based on racist anti-racist policies or support exclusionary culture.

person will not be tolerated. Be Truthful. Don't knowingly lie about anyone
or anything. Be Nice. No racism, sexism or any sort of -ism
