Think about the accomplishments of past governors. Think hard, because there aren’t many.

The signature accomplishment of four-term Gov. John Lynch, considered one of the most popular in the state’s history, was raising the high school dropout age from 16 to 18. Certainly admirable, but hardly a game-changer.
