Even if you do not live in the towns of Effingham, Wolfeboro or Ossipee, the upcoming Tuesday primary vote in District 7 for state representative offers an interesting insight into how the makeup of New Hampshire’s population is changing. It also represents a classic locals versus newcomers race.

The special election was triggered when longtime state Rep. Glenn Cordelli  (R-Tuftonboro) moved to Texas, vacating the seat. Bobbi Boudman is on the Democratic ballot and is uncontested, so all the action this month is on the Republican side.
