To the editor:Here we go again with Adelphia. Another raise in the rates. This will amount to almost $10 for the year. I mentioned to my wife several weeks ago when they were (and still are) running full page ads that they will probably raise the rates again just to pay for them. And they did. How many times will the rates go up before everyone wakes up and starts complaining? Of course, it could be that everyone in the area is so rich that they don't care. Everyone except me, that is and, since no one is objecting, Adelphia probably figures why not whack the chumps again? If it needs money that bad, I suggest it go after its former chief executive officer who fleeced the company out of a few billion dollars instead of sticking us with the loss.
