Conway Daily Sun Publisher Mark Guerringue and Sun Health Editor Terry Leavitt recently sat down with Tricia Costigan, president of MaineHealth Memorial Hospital, who shared her thoughts on urgent care, funding, staffing, and the future of rural health care.

Guerringue: I looked back at the story we did when you arrived a year ago, and you said coming here was like living the dream. You’re from rural Maine, and returning to a rural community felt like the right fit. So, one year in, are you living the dream?
