TAMWORTH — “All-way stops” at problem intersections, including Routes 16 and 113, were pitched by state officials to selectmen Tuesday as a solution to crashes in that area. Selectmen anticipate making their recommendations after a listening session next month.

Meeting with the board were state Highway Safety Project Engineer Corey Spetelunas and Engineer Emma Bell to discuss the possibility of installing "four-way stops" at Routes 113 and 16, Route 113 and Page Hill Road, and Route 113 at 113A and Main Street.
