To the editor:I would like to take this opportunity to thank every one that has offered up their services as a candidate for town office. Having served on the budget committee for four years, I can appreciate the time it takes to perform the job well. This year there are two candidates whom I have worked with for the past four years that I feel would do a fine job.Randy Davidson is running for the school board, he has a good first hand knowledge of the education system and is also well aware of the fiscal reasonability that the school board must balance along with the goal of achieving a superior education program. Ted Sares is seeking a seat on the planning board; he truly appreciates the natural beauty of our area and has a fine sense for what business needs to succeed. I believe he can help strike equilibrium between the inevitable growth and the need to preserve our natural resources. Please be sure to get out and vote whatever your opinion may be.
