In New Hampshire, every person, prior to assuming their office, is sworn in and entrusted with legal authority for specific duties. They must raise their right hand before a proper authority to take an oath. As a matter of record, Conway School Board member Randy Davison has many times pledged the following:

“I, Randy Davison, do solemnly swear that I will bear faith and true allegiance to the United States of America and the state of New Hampshire and will support the constitution thereof. So help me God.
