I previously wrote about the committee, formed by Rick Hiland and Steve Knox from Albany, working to improve broadband access in Carroll County. I was elected by the county delegation to serve as its representative to the committee.

Broadband access (access to high speed internet) has become critical infrastructure in our increasingly interconnected world. Unfortunately, for many of us in rural Carroll County, we do not have adequate access either because of slow speed or no connection at all.
