You wake up in the morning and the first thought on your mind is based around worry or fear. You fall asleep each night in the same mental state — that's if you fall asleep at all. Throughout the day you isolate yourself, or have random thoughts that stimulate physical body reactions, including a rapid heartbeat, upset stomach, body temperature rising, or you feel the need to "Get out!"
