John Lynch's proposed budget. Willard Bud Martin will sweep through Carroll County Tuesday, meeting with voters and town-level politicians to kick off an all-out blanketing of 17 towns. The Conway School Board is waiting for students to weigh in on different plans for new parking fees at the high school, and will choose one at its next meeting May 4.Wednesday, April 8 Times are tough but they will get better says Gov.
