CONWAY — In Conway’s “Moving Forward” master plan, adopted in 2024, housing is among the issues prioritized. Notes the plan, “Living in Conway should be affordable and attainable for residents of different income levels; a reliable supply of quality housing units helps supports and retain Conway’s quality.”

It outlines goals and strategies. Conway voters in April by a margin of 1,232-344 also approved the creation of a Capital Improvement Plan Committee to coordinate and prioritize planning for future infrastructure needs — such as expansion of sewer to areas of town that would be essential for development of future housing.
