OSSIPEE – The man accused of kidnapping North Conway teen Abby Hernandez is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 9 for a probable cause hearing.

Nathaniel Kibby, 34, of Gorham, is accused of kidnapping Hernandez, now 15, on Oct. 9 on the North-South Road. Hernandez returned on July 20 and Kibby was arrested at the end of July. His bail was set at $1 million.
