Cases from District Court of Northern Carroll County in North Conway:Richard Brown, 41, of Brownfield, Maine, pleaded guilty to aggravated driving while intoxicated. He was fined $1,000, of which $500 was suspended on the condition of good behavior for one year. He was also sentenced to the House of Corrections for 90 days, all suspended, and his rights to operate a motor vehicle were suspended for 24 months.Kevin McEvaddy, 37, of Far Rockaway, N.Y., pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated. He was fined $350, and his rights to operate a motor vehicle were revoked for 90 days.Angela Wiggin, 28, of North Conway, pleaded guilty to operating after suspension, second offense. She was fined $1,000, of which $500 was suspended on the condition of good behavior for one year, and she was sentenced to the House of Corrections for 30 days, all suspended.Michael R. Vito, 17, of Billerica, Mass., pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled drug. He was fined $250. A second charge against Vito of possession of a controlled drug was not prosecuted.Roderick Bryant, 23, of North Conway, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled drug. He was fined $250. A charge against Bryant of operating after suspension was placed on file without finding on the condition of good behavior for one year.Brad D. Treshinsky, 25, of Gorham, pleaded no contest to unauthorized use of rental property. He was fined $200, of which $100 was suspended.James E. Kelly, 20, of Westford, Mass., pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of alcohol. He was fined $250.Jason Paul Foskett, 22, of Charlton, Mass., pleaded guilty to having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. He was fined $100.Michael J. Bowles, 40, of Epping, pleaded guilty to unlawful transportation of an alcoholic beverage. He was fined $150.Jason D. Gagnon, 35, of Freemont, pleaded guilty to unlawful transportation of an alcoholic beverage. He was fined $150.Eric E. Clarke, 20, of Jackson, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of an alcoholic beverage. He was fined $250.Selena M. Frost, 19, of South Chatham, pleaded guilty to theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. She was fined $200.Robert Sheaff, 17, of Fryeburg, Maine, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled drug. He was fined $300.Jeremy J. Poder, 28, of Somerville, Mass., pleaded guilty to driving after suspension or revocation. He was fined $250.A charge against Harry Spengler, 32, of Fryeburg, Maine, of driving after suspension or revocation was placed on file without finding on the condition of good behavior for one year.A charge against Byron E. Andrews, 23, of Suffield, Conn., of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration was placed on file without finding on the condition of good behavior for one year.A charge against Christopher J. Emmel, 51, of Plantation, Fla., of simple assault was placed on file without finding on the condition of good behavior for one year.A charge against Michael P. Young, 35, of Glen, of simple assault was placed on file without finding on the condition of good behavior for one year.A charge against John A.
