Toni L. Woods, 44, of Conway, pleaded guilty to disobeying a police officer and driving while intoxicated. For disobeying a police officer, Woods was sentenced to the House of Correction for six months, all of which were suspended for 14 months. She was placed on probation for two years. For driving while intoxicated, she was fined $500 and her license to operate a motor vehicle was revoked for 12 months. Charges of default or breach of bail conditions and driving after revocation or suspension were placed on file without finding on the condition of good behavior for one year.Shane Davis, 18, of Lovell, Maine, pleaded guilty to two charges of fraudulent use of credit card and theft of lost or mislaid property. For the charges of fraudulent use of credit card, Davis was fined a total of $600 and sentenced to the House of Correction for 14 days. For theft of lost or mislaid property, he was sentenced to the House of Correction for seven days.Jamie B. Desrosiers, 17, of Center Conway, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of alcohol. He was fined $300.Christopher B. Gilmore, 18, of Center Conway, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of alcohol. He was fined $600. Estelle Hall, 28, of Madison, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated. She was fined $500 and her license to operate a motor vehicle was revoked for nine months.Michael J. Petell, 29, of Bartlett, pleaded guilty to violation of protective order. He was fined $500 and sentenced to the House of Correction for 30 days, with all 30 days suspended on the condition of good behavior for one year. A charge of simple assault was placed on file without finding on the condition of good behavior for one year.Kevin Guess, 36, of North Conway, pleaded guilty to possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. He was fined $500.Mark E. Wiseman, 36, of Flat Rock, Ill., pleaded guilty to bail jumping. He was fined $100.Brian P. Madden, 53, of Conway, pleaded guilty to two charges of simple assault and one of default or breach of bail conditions. He was sentenced to the House of Correction for a total of 18 months, all of which were deferred for one year.Patrick A. Chiltenden, 47, of North Conway, failed to appear on a charge of prohibited sales (alcoholic beverage.) A bench warrant was issued.A charge against Steven J. Hall, 28, of Madison, of theft of services was dismissed for lack of prosecution.A charge against Joshua A. Tousignant, 18, of Berlin, of transportation of an alcoholic beverage by a minor was placed on file without finding.A charge against Pamela H. Calitri, 44, of Madison, of driving while intoxicated was not prosecuted.
