CONWAY — Residents and businesses are up in arms over a proposal to build a 150-foot cell tower off of West Side Road that would compromise their views and be seen from Cathedral Ledge.
The proposal from Vertical Bridge of Delray Beach, Fla., is to build the 150-foot tower at 2699 West Side Road and will come before the zoning board of adjustment on Wednesday. But the hearing may be continued to another night due to the need for a balloon test.
