UPDATE: On Tuesday morning, the Sun learned the cell tower applicants have requested a continuance until Sept. 16 and the ballon test will be scheduled within the first two-weeks of August.
CONWAY — Residents and businesses are up in arms over a proposal to build a 150-foot cell tower off of West Side Road that would compromise their views and be seen from Cathedral Ledge.
