CONWAY — A shouting match between planning board member Mark Hounsell and Conway Deputy Town Manager Paul DegliAngeli over the town’s rental program broke out at last Thursday’s planning board meeting. The incident, which can be viewed on the Town of Conway Facebook page, occurred near the end of the meeting.

Hounsell was concerned about the program’s impact on the housing stock. He said he sent letters to the town asking questions about the rental licensing and inspection program weeks ago that have yet to be answered. One he wrote, the other was by fellow planning board member Eliza Grant in November.
