BERLIN — A woman suffered a fractured pelvis jumping from the third floor of a burning apartment building Tuesday morning after fire trapped four residents in the upper two apartments at 107 Norway St. north of downtown Berlin.

Berlin Fire Chief John Lacasse said the fire started in the rear of the building where the stairway to the upper two floors was located.
