CONCORD — Six feet. That has been the standard for distance people should stay away from others during the COVID-19 pandemic in New Hampshire.

Whether something closer than 6 feet — like 3 feet — will be allowed by Gov. Chris Sununu in new universal guidelines during COVID-19 may be decided next week by Sununu and state epidemiologist Dr. Benjamin Chan.
