TAMWORTH — Residents last Thursday demanded that selectmen produce a letter the town’s legal counsel wrote his concerns about trying to enforce the town noise ordinance against Club Motorsports Inc.

The discussion was kicked off by resident Bruno Siniscalchi during the public comment period. He said selectmen’s minutes say that on May 17 the selectmen discussed a letter from attorney for the town Matt Serge of Drummond and Woodsum Attorneys at Law Manchester branch, who wrote about how the selectmen should answer residents’ questions about the ordinance.
