CONWAY — The Conway Daily Sun this week on its Facebook page asked readers to share memories of the Skimobile. The posting as of Thursday had received 43 comments and 53 likes, showing that while the Skimobile may be gone, it’s not forgotten.
As reader Brenda Cavanaugh posted: “The Skimobile should have been designated as an historic site, not taken down. My kids learned to ski on it, and we have one at our place in North Conway.”
