ALBANY — Whether you are a lifelong birder or are merely bird curious, the halfway point of winter is a great time to learn what birds are doing in the winter here in New Hampshire and where to find them. Some are hardy resident birds that stick it out through the cold winter months. Other birds visit on a transitory basis as they travel from place to place in search of food sources.
