KEARSARGE — A hearing to resolve the long-running lawsuit that short-term rental owners filed against Kearsarge Lighting Precinct may be held this fall unless it is rendered moot by a Senate bill or a vote of the precinct’s annual meeting, both of which have been postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Approximately 105 short-term rentals are located in the Kearsarge area of Conway and Bartlett. The lawsuit concerns three of those properties.
