CONWAY — The SAU 9 Board, made up of 26 members from Albany, Bartlett, Conway, Eaton, Hart’s Location and Jackson, struggled again last Thursday to get a quorum.

The board did end up holding a public hearing on the SAU 9 administrative budget, but the lone member of the public in attendance was the Sun’s education editor.
