CONWAY — Having seemingly exhausted every other avenue, school boards within SAU 9 have agreed to pay the New Hampshire Interlocal Trust, the health insurance provider that served the district until last spring, $537,000 in assessment charges.

This comes despite having severed the relationship in June after NHIT in May raised premiums far above the 8.5 percent increase cap that was promised.
