CONWAY — The town of Conway is no longer suing the North Conway Water Precinct over disposal of wastewater, and both the selectmen and precinct commissioners have agreed to sign onto a 30-year municipal agreement.

Officials say this is a milestone for improved relations between the two parties. Conway sends its wastewater to North Conway for treatment, which has led to a conflict over how costs are shared.
