CONWAY — Come to Schouler Park in North Conway Village for an old-fashioned holiday event on Friday, Nov. 29. Santa arrives at 5 p.m. for a reading of “Twas the Night Before Christmas” followed by the tree lighting.
Mt. Washington Valley Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Michelle Cruz said, “We are happy that Santa and the tree lighting ceremony are once again an annual event. Our village looks magical under the Christmas lights with the vintage Conway Scenic Railroad station in the background and the array of charming shops and restaurants lining the streets. It’s a scene right out of a Norman Rockwell painting. We look forward to greeting visitors this holiday season.”
