JACKSON — Colleagues of the late Jessica Frank Savage, who died in her sleep on Dec. 1, are planning a fundraising dinner at the Red Fox Bar & Grille in Jackson on Christmas Day in support of her 9-year-old disabled son, Carter Savage.

Mike Mallett, the owner of the Red Fox, told the Sun Savage’s sudden death came as a shock and a heartbreaking loss for all who knew the longtime Red Fox server.
