CONWAY — Sunday’s rain carried over into Monday morning, but skies cleared in time for Bartlett, Conway and Fryeburg’s ceremonies while making it a wet morning for Jackson and Madison’s earlier proceedings. The sun came out about 11 a.m.

On Sunday evening, a patriotic concert was presented at the Leura Hill Eastman Performing Arts Center by the Seacoast Wind Ensemble at 7 p.m., sponsored once again by Kearsarge residents Col. Karen Umberger (USAF-Ret.) and at Lt. Col. Jim Umberger (USAF-Ret.).
