CONWAY — In the wake of a Carroll County Superior Court order regarding a lawsuit against the town of Conway, the planning board has set a public hearing date of May 23 to discuss plans for parking in the vicinity of the proposed Market Basket to be built at Settlers Green.
Last month, Judge Amy Ignatius mostly decided in favor of the planning board in an order that told the board only to revisit the number of parking spaces it approved for the proposed development.
