OSSIPEE — Derek McDormand of Ossipee is seeking a restraining order against selectmen’s chair Jonathan Smith over the demolition of McDormand’s garage addition and says the town is harassing him.

McDormand, with help from his wife, Kassandra Johnson, filed a request for restraining order paperwork on Dec. 19. He also seeks to have their civil case transferred to Superior Court.
