The old Carroll County Courthouse in Ossipee was ceded back to the county by the Ossipee Historical Society. Now a charter school is getting it for $1. (N.H. PRESERVATION SOCIETY PHOTO)

OSSIPEE — Members of the Carroll County legislative delegation on June 5 sold the old Carroll County Courthouse to North Star Academy for $1.

[wink] Does this mean there is just an Purchase and Sale agreement in the works. Your article says "the closing" will be August 5th. Can you please clarify where in the process this sale is?

Also I'm trying to find out when the original post was created, was it posted in the CDS? Or do you know elsewhere?
