OSSIPEE — For 13 years, Al Poulin has worked in maintenance at Mountain View Community but that's not all. He's also been Carroll County nursing home's unofficial ambassador who endeavored to make sure that new residents feel at home.Â
Poulin, 69, of Middleton, retired from the nursing home on Friday. On Wednesday, Carroll County Commissioners honored him by presenting him with the first annual "Al Poulin award of excellence."
