CONWAY — Protecting Redstone as a special historic overlay district and discussions over water and sewer were highlights of the Conway Master Plan Steering Committee’s final meeting on Feb. 1.

Planning board member Mark Hounsell and his sister, fellow steering committee member Janine Bean, spoke up for the former quarry village of Redstone as a place of historic significance.
