BARTLETT — An Epping man out on parole from a conviction in a previous crime was ordered held without bail after getting kicked out of Story Land theme park in Glen, then allegedly attacking two men for “no apparent reason” at a nearby restaurant last Saturday night.

On Monday, Nathan Lunney, 45, was before Conway Circuit Judge Charles Greenhalgh by video from the jail for an arraignment and bail hearing on two counts of misdemeanor simple assault and one count of disorderly conduct.
