LANCASTER — A Gorham man charged with reckless conduct with a deadly weapon — firearm for shooting bullets at local business windows and a parked vehicle in Berlin on March 21 pleaded guilty to five charges and will serve two years in the county jail on two different charges and make financial restitution to the two businesses.

Damage to front-facing windows at each business location, and also to a rear window of passenger vehicle, were the visible signs of the actions to which Richard R. Devoid pleaded guilty.
