OSSIPEE — Carroll County officials met Thursday afternoon to figure out if there’s a way to make the Carroll County House of Corrections more efficient and what data they would need in order to tell.

Edie DesMarais, who chairs the delegation, said there were some very interesting questions that came up during the budget process and the committee was unable to get answers to them.
