CONWAY — Today, Kennett High students and staff will go cellphone-free in preparation for a full-time move in late January. The move is being made to reduce classroom distractions and encourage more in-person student interaction.

Fifteen states have cellphone restrictions in school. New Hampshire is not one of those, but individual districts are implementing their policies.

A well known teacher passed 100 yrs old. “ Any Child can learn but all teachers can not teach”. Interesting. Cell phones should not be allowed in school classrooms. It is amazing to me that this should even be discussed. You are only removing phones in the classroom because you want each student to get the most learning while in class. Now it’s time to learn and let the teachers do what they love to do. Teach
