CONWAY — The Kennett Coders made its debut at the 2019 VEX Robotics World Championship in Louisville, Ky., on Thursday as the four-day event kicked off.
Team 5106C, made up of Kennett High juniors Kate Keefe and Chani Mores, is among 1,500 teams from middle schools, high schools and colleges around the world competing at the championships this year. They represent the best of 22,000 teams, usually made up of two or three students, who participate in the worldwide program to promote learning about robotics, computer programming and technology.
