OSSIPEE — A Carroll County Superior Court judge has reinstated four felony unemployment fraud indictments against Carroll County Sheriff's Office Sgt. Chris M. Lamb after concluding he incorrectly interpreted New Hampshire's unemployment fraud law when he dismissed the charges in April.
In a July 16 order, Judge Mark Attorri reinstated two counts of unemployment compensation fraud and two counts of attempted unemployment compensation fraud against Lamb, 52, of Wakefield, a Carroll County Sheriff's Office sergeant who is on unpaid leave.
