OSSIPEE — Chloe the drug-sniffing dog, who works at Carroll County’s Department of Corrections, received her new ballistics vest in time for Christmas thanks to a non-profit that supports law enforcement K9s.

Chloe, a 2-year-old Belgian Malinois, began working for the county in July.
