BAHIA DE LOS ANGELES, Mexico — After two days of racing in the six-day National Off Road Racing Association’s Baja race, Team 603, driven by Chuck Sutton and Mike Petell of Conway, was in 61st place overall. That’s out of more than 180 cars that started the 1,400-mile rally race on Saturday.
This is the team’s fourth year doing the race and they’ve again teamed up with a second New Hampshire team. The second car is driven by Jay Edwards and Jim Bird of Goffstown in their first time running the race. Last year’s teammate, Cole Wuellenweber of Bow, is also taking part separately.
