CONWAY — The head of Plymouth-based Sanctuary ATC (alternative treatment Center said last week he hopes to open a marijuana dispensary in Conway by May.

Sanctuary wants to open the facility in the former Citizens Bank at 234 White Mountain Highway in Conway. Sanctuary, a non-profit, already operates a dispensary in Plymouth.
