CONWAY — Former Kennett High School chorus and performing arts teacher Holly Fougere has been indicted on seven counts of forgery by a Carroll County Superior Court grand jury.

On Feb. 5, Conway police arrested Fougere, 43, of Conway on seven felony counts of forgery and one count of theft. Fougere resigned Jan. 30. The grand jury returned its indictments against Fougere on April 18. An indictment means there is probable cause to believe a crime has been committed and is a step before trial.
