OSSIPEE — In 12 years, Mitch Yeaton turned White Horse Recovery into the major drug recovery center that it is today.

Now, Yeaton, 67, has turned over the reins to Matt Plache, 65, a former county commissioner and retired lawyer. Plache previously served White Horse as consultant and board member.
