CONWAY — At the top of last Thursday's annual Mt. Washington Chamber of Commerce meeting, held at The Wentworth in Jackson, keynote speaker U.S. Rep. Chris Pappas, eagerly spilled the beans that Michelle Cruz, executive director of the chamber, has been nominated by Gov. Chris Sununu to serve as the state’s next tourism director.
Lori Harnois, the previous director of the New Hampshire Division of Travel and Tourism Development, resigned her post effective Sept. 26 to head to Vermont to Delaney Event Management in Winooski, Vt.
